P I C K - U P   o r   S H I P P I N G

If you're in the Los Angeles area, please arrange for timely pickup of your items as we don't provide delivery of items at this time.

 

We're available by appointment only during office hours for you or a person/company of your choosing to come pick up your goods.  If you pick up your items, they will be boxed for your convenience, but not securely packed for air shipping.  Orders must be paid in full before being picked up.

 

If you cannot pick up your items, we will ship them to you at your cost.  There is a $1.50 per unit contribution charge towards packing time and materials in addition to the shipping charges. 

 

Since each piece is handmade, and freight costs change daily, we cannot say with certainty what the weight of your order will be before it is completed and we actually pack it.  Once we get a quote, it is usually valid for 24 hours.

 

We always pack with the safety and care of your items in mind, as well as being as eco-friendly as possible.

 

We always ship your order the least expensive way possible, unless you have an account with a specific carrier that you prefer to use, or you specify a carrier and method to us before we pack your order.

 

We'll notify you about your order's shipping costs as soon as we know them so you may pay your balance immediately and receive your order as soon as possible. All orders must be paid in full before being shipped.

 

We generally ship air-freight, however, if a shipment is over 155 pounds, we can use a pallet via Less-Than-Truckload, which is safer for your ceramics.  Whether it is sent via truck or ocean freight depends on where the shipment is going.  If we are shipping outside the US, you will need to get a customs agent and will be responsible for any duty and customs taxes.

 

OCEAN: The time of shipping will depend on your location and the method chosen.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to  weather, strikes of any kind, how long customs will take, or other unforeen events that might arise.  To ensure you receive your items when you need them, for orders within the U.S. we generally estimate 7-15 days shipping time. For international orders, we estimate about 4-6 weeks (ex: Japan).

 

Our studio is bursting at the seams and not equipped with extra storage room, therefore, items that are not picked up or paid for within 2 weeks after notification of order completion will be charged a storage fee.
